Abstract
Art and culture are interconnected, but not always harmonious. While culture seeks to standardize, classify and regulate, art challenges, questions and transforms. Censorship, often present in periods of ideological conflict, threatens this artistic freedom. However, the 1988 Federal Constitution guarantees artistic expression without censorship.
