dc.description.abstractThe work aims to demonstrate the company's sustainable positioning Cristais São Marcos, along with its social and economic opinion. In the Sustainable Development study unit, it was assigned to be carried out a social report presenting the way in which the objective of its management is economic-social and the result of its social responsibility of the chosen company. In the study unit Human Behavior in Organizations, mentioned the set of information presenting the organizational diagnosis of its employees with the objective of publicizing its internal management, presenting the result of social responsibility.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO trabalho tem como objetivo demostrar o posicionamento sustentável da empresa Cristais São Marcos, juntamente com seu parecer social e econômico. Na unidade de estudos Desenvolvimento Sustentável foi designado que fosse realizado um balanço social apresentando a forma como é o objetivo da sua gestão econômico-social e o resultado da sua responsabilidade social da empresa escolhida. Na unidade de estudos Comportamento Humano nas Organizações será mencionado o conjunto de informações apresentando o diagnóstico organizacional de seus colaboradores com objetivo de divulgar a sua gestão interna apresentando o resultado da responsabilidade social.pt_BR
