Abstract
We propose an ethical and sustainable company that contributes to a world
best. The idea is to create a sustainable restaurant. That is, a restaurant
that worries about the destination of the tailings and leftovers, that avoids waste, that
value the environment and use food of origin that guarantees profit and
responsibility for the environment and for the future of all.
Environmental labeling seals are very important for the image of
a company. These are labels of the most different products in order to clarify
that it is in harmony with the environment, aims to encourage consumption
of products and the search for services with a low degree of environmental impact. Therefore
, the site will be adapted for sustainability, that is, 90% sustainable
, with our project we aim to reach 100% and bring to us the seal of
sustainability, ISO 14020 and 14024 (Environmental labelling).
