Abstract

Today communication is an exceptional factor in the daily lives of all of us, it extends from a common interpersonal dialogue, to the success of a project of a large company. In organizational environments, good use of communication is essential, especially in teamwork where people from different positions in the organization gather under the command of a leader, with the common purpose of eliminating interpersonal communication barriers through understanding their causes.
