| dc.description.abstract | This Integrated Project aims to guide us in the development and study of mapping the labor liabilities of a company in the automotive sector, located in the city of São João da Boa Vista/SP, the concept and how to raise awareness in the organization to reduce labor liabilities, seeking to reduce costs and improve within the processes. The general objective is to seek and identify information regarding labor liabilities, thus getting to know the company, identifying the main causes that generate its labor liabilities and describing the practices of the personnel department, collecting data in the processes and preparing suggestions for improvements in internal processes to reduce the company's costs with labor liabilities. This study will show the values generated by these liabilities, we will develop a quantitative calculation of the influence of liabilities within the company, managing to analyze the impact they caused within the company's financial statements (DRE and Balance Sheet) and calculate the value of the company's working capital. company and indicators of dry, immediate and current liquidity, showing the profit margin from the payment of liabilities. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Este Projeto lntegrado tern como objetivo nos orientar a desenvolver e o estudo do mapeamento dos passivos trabalhistas de uma empresa do ramo automotivo, localizada na cidade de Sao Joao da Boa Vista/SP, o conceito e como conscientizar a organiza9ao para reduzir os passivos trabalhistas, buscando a redu9ao de custo e o melhoramento intemo dos processos. 0 objetivo geral busca e identificar as informa95es referente os passivos trabalhistas, assim conhecer a empresa identificando as principais causas que geram seus passivos trabalhistas e descrever as praticas do departamento de pessoal, realizar coleta dos dados nos processos e elaborar sugestoes de melhorias nos processos intemos para reduzir os custos da empresa com os passivos trabalhistas. Este estudo mostraremos os valores gerados por esses passivos, desenvolvemos um calculo quantitativo da influencia dos passivos dentro da empresa, conseguindo analisar o impacto que eles causaram dentro das demonstra95es contabeis da empresa (DRE e Balan90 Patrimonial) e Calcular o valor do capital de giro da empresa e os indicadores de liquidez seca, imediata e corrente, demonstrando a margem de Lucro a partir do pagamento dos passivos. | pt_BR |
