Abstract
This project aims to present the studies carried out with the chosen company FER ALVAREZ Produtos Siderúrgicos Ind. Com Ltda. Over its 55 years, the company has obtained the ISO 14001 certification process. The research was listed in the 5 study units: Human Behavior In Organizations; Scientific methodology; Labor Relations in Contemporary Society; Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibility and Communication and Expression. In addition to visits to the company, data were collected on the company's website, thus obtaining more information.
