Abstract
In this work we will talk about the company AMBEV, with capital compositions, balance sheets, financial statements, debt analysis. Today it is a large beverage company and a Brazilian company that over the years with mergers and incorporations with other large companies in the same market has become the largest in Brazil in its field.
