| dc.description.abstract | Observing the theme of the Integrated Project of this module the team decided more once to highlight the Japanese company Toyota. One of the reasons for the choice was that one of the team members had already been years in the company, thus having full access to the documentation. Furthermore, we can understand that highlighting this company would be a good solution because it works worldwide, making the team develop a great work in a clear and objective way. In this integrated project, we will deal with labor obligations, plans strategic within the context of people along with career plan and salaries. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Observando o tema do Projeto Integrado deste módulo a equipe decidiu mais uma vez destacar a empresa Nipônica Toyota. Um dos motivos da escolha foi um dos membros da equipe já estar há alguns anos na empresa, possuindo assim total acesso às documentações. Além do mais podemos compreender, que destacar essa empresa seria uma boa solução pois a mesma trabalha em nível mundial, fazendo com que a equipe desenvolva um ótimo trabalho de forma clara e objetiva. Iremos tratar neste projeto integrado sobre obrigações trabalhistas, planos estratégicos dentro do contexto de pessoas juntamente com plano de carreira e salários. | pt_BR |
