Abstract

In this part of the Integrated Project (IP) the objective of the project must be described (in this case, the analysis of the supply chain of a real company, as well as the processes that involve this management). The IP's title is "SUPPLY CHAIN", whose purpose is to carry out an analysis of the supply chain of a real company, from the mapping of the processes that involve this management, to the analysis of the selection and evaluation of suppliers and supply logistics interfaces.
