Abstract
This is a consultation made by Mr. Adalto, businessman, regarding the questioning regarding the rejection of the free court, criminal complaint of refutable injury in his disfavor, labor conflict arising - imminent indemnity, harmonious sharing of assets and request for the decree of preventive detention due to the executioner.
