Abstract

The job and salary plan is existentially positive within organizations and depends on several factors, the most important of which applies to the engagement of employees, who move and become the company's business model. It is an important tool and used to support an organization's job and salary structures in order to achieve internal and external objectives and balance, through the responsibilities, duties and definitions of each position, and thus, consequently, reaching the respective salary levels.
