Abstract

This project aims to develop in a practical way everything that was covered in the curricular units Entrepreneurial Management and Strategic Administration. Entrepreneurial management will broaden the vision for business opportunities. Strategic management will give direction to the company by defining its mission, value and mission, after which it will be able to define its medium and long-term objectives.
