dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work is to analyze the social and environmental impacts obtained with the implementation of strategic environmental management in a company, using as a guideline the ISO 14000, which is a series of international standards for environmental management stipulated by the ISO (International Organization for Standardization). Nowadays, with the globalized world, the environmental management and planning of companies can be the differential in the choice of their products and services by customers.pt_BR
