Projeto de Consultoria Empresarial: Diagnóstico Empresarial - P.S. Honorato Supermercados

Abstract

This work aims to create a marketing diagnosis for Honorato Supermercados, a company that has two stores in São João da Boa Vista. For this, a set of factors will be worked on to help the company succeed in the competitive market in which it operates. For this, actions will be proposed that aim to work marketing in a broad way, analyzing the market in which the company is inserted, the behavior of its consumers and the marketing that the company already develops, and, from this study, to elaborate strategies to that the company generates value for its customers, with the objective of attracting and retaining them.
