| dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, Logistics is associated with several factors, not only in the matter of transport, but also in the movement of stock and raw materials, etc. Bringing the concept of Logistics according to Carvalho, defines logistics as: The strategic process (because it adds value, allows differentiation, creates competitive advantage, increases productivity and makes the organization profitable) of planning, implementing and controlling the flows of materials/products, services and related information, from the point of origin to the point of consumption, according to the needs of the elements to be served by the logistics system in question. After analyzing the entire semester in progress, we decided to choose the language school KNN, in the city of São João da Boa Vista, where with the help of all the professors of the module, we managed to have a vision far beyond. In fact, bringing Logistics to the Education sector is something difficult to visualize, as the processes present there are not as visible as a Metallurgical or other companies of the type. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | Nos dias de hoje, a Logística está associada a diversos fatores, não somente na questão de transporte, mas também como movimentação de estoque e matéria prima, etc.. Trazendo o conceito de Logística segundo Carvalho, define logística como: O processo estratégico (porque acrescenta valor, permite a diferenciação, cria vantagem competitiva, aumenta a produtividade e rentabiliza a organização) de planejamento, implementação e controle dos fluxos de materiais/produtos, serviços e informações relacionadas, desde o ponto de origem ao ponto de consumo, de acordo com as necessidades dos elementos a serem servidos pelo sistema logístico em causa. Mediante análises durante todo o semestre em curso, decidimos então escolher a escola de idiomas KNN, da cidade de São João da Boa Vista, onde com a ajuda de todos os docentes do módulo, conseguimos ter uma visão muito além. Aliás, trazendo a Logística para o setor de Educação, é algo difícil de visualizar, pois os processos ali presentes não estão tão visíveis quanto a uma Metalúrgica ou outras empresas do tipo. | pt_BR |
