Abstract

The present work aims to carry out an analysis of risk management for a small rural property through a survey on how the risk management process is carried out, how the risk matrix is ​​used in the decision-making process, how family farming is defined of the region, as is the management in small rural properties and a survey of the risks of a small rural property, in the case for the study, a survey was carried out in a coffee producing property.
