Abstract
The Marketing Diagnosis project aims to understand the need that a company has, to know its market in which it is inserted and its consumers. For the application of this project, the group chose to use the company Netflix for data analysis, since the company is strongly recognized for its excellent work in marketing.
To understand the diagnosis of Marketing, it is necessary to consider some points, they are:
Market Research, which aims to understand the need to carry out market research so that, with the data and information obtained, it can define strategies that aim at a common objective, and also evaluate strategies, which are in progress, if they are obtaining satisfactory results.
Service and Retail Marketing, helps to understand the structure of the business, what are the best actions that the company can take, and how important it is to use the correct means to reach its target audience.
