Abstract
In this project we will address issues regarding the creation of a corporate company, starting from scratch. We think of all the details necessary for its opening and operation, analyzing all possible risks related to it. Among them what can most hinder the growth of the company, which are Labor Liabilities.
We will also analyze important points such as: Establishment and Business Point, Company Capital, Employee Salaries and also Labor and Social Security Obligations.
