Abstract
In this work will be developed an improvement plan and ideas for a better process development within the company Mantiqueira Distribuidora. Company that has been solidifying and conquering more and more new customers in the toiletries distribution market. Despite being a company with only 14 years in the market, Mantiqueira has been achieving great results, exceeding expectations and growing more and more.
