Abstract

The present work aims to make a study about how the different human behaviors work, the way the team work has its role in face of the different situations in which a company of such a large size and staff of employees behaves in the face of diverse situations, difficulties in working in groups, the way in which communication and written or oral expression end up being the most important to make the staff of a company have satisfactory and significant results for both employees and their customers.
