Abstract
Currently, a well-designed job and salary plan has been a
great challenge for companies, as more and more professionals know the
value of your knowledge, experience and your soft and hard skills. With that, the
company has the need to consider this and other factors to make
your most attractive job offers.
In this Integrated Project, based on the Coca Cola company, it will be possible to
observe how the organization has addressed this issue and whether they are
concerned with creating a welcoming, peaceful and fair organizational climate.
It will also be shown how the company carries out the processes of
recruitment and selection, whether these are internal or external and what are their
procedures.
