dc.description.abstractThis document aims to present the study used for the preparation of the scientific article by undergraduates belonging to group 14 of the class of the 8th Business Administration module at Unifeob 2021, in which it points out the issue about the existing Pension Schemes and their differences, narrowing down to the RPPS (Proper Social Security Regime), which is the main issue, and the importance of having good management, with directors suited to the position, and trained to do so, and the use of actuarial calculation within the fund provision for the analysis of the actuarial valuation, its importance and the paths taken for the calculation to be carried out.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoEste documento tem como objetivo apresentar o estudo usado para a elaboração do artigo científico dos graduando pertencentes ao grupo 14 da turma do 8º módulo de Administração de Empresas da Unifeob 2021, no qual aponta o assunto sobre os Regimes de Previdência existentes e suas diferenças, afunilando ao RPPS (Regime Próprio de Previdência Social), que é o principal assunto, e na importância de se ter uma boa gestão, com diretores condizentes ao cargo, e capacitados para tal, e também é apontado o uso do cálculo atuarial dentro do fundo de previdência para análise da avaliação atuarial, a sua importância e os caminhos tomados para o cálculo ser realizado.pt_BR
