Abstract

All applications in teaching mathematical literacy, especially in early childhood education, are rooted in playfulness. The more playful, practical and dynamic situations are included in this context, the greater the breadth and depth of knowledge will be achieved. We cannot forget everyday factors, real situations that involve the student outside of school in different contexts, which generates greater security and confidence in the learner to become even more involved with the world of mathematical literacy.
