Abstract

Henry Ford once said; If there's any secret to success, it's the ability to get the other person's point of view and see things from that person's angle as well as your own. One of the objectives of this work is to highlight the importance of teamwork, its difficulties, but mainly how it makes a difference an organization that builds this within the company's structures.
