Abstract

Our project will analyze a road freight transport company and has the purpose of evaluating its production processes, and verifying which are the bottlenecks that must be improved. The project will begin with a visit to the company to learn about its processes in practice, after the visit we will apply some concepts studied within the disciplines of Integrated Logistics, Strategic cost management, Project management, Production and Process Management, during the semester. With that, we will propose a or more improvements that can help the company improve its processes, with the main objective of proposing something that brings some monetary gain to the company
