dc.description.abstractThis paper aims to develop a plan of labor liabilities, encompassing the five units of study applied in this module, which are the legal aspects of corporate structuring, the management of labor liabilities, the statistics applied to it, the quantitative methods applied. business and put an end to working capital management, where it will be developed based on the structure and nature of the business of Café Pacaembu LTDA. Initially, in Legal Aspects of Corporate Structuring, it sought to understand what the step-by-step to follow for the establishment of a company. Thus, this unit sought to demonstrate how to start a LTDA company, from the process of social contract, which would be its members, their quotas and place for proper registration until the release of the definitive business license.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO presente trabalho dispõe-se a desenvolver um plano de passivos trabalhistas, englobando as cinco unidades de estudo aplicadas neste módulo, sendo elas, os aspectos jurídicos da estruturação empresarial, a gestão do passivo trabalhista, a estatística aplicada ao mesmo, os métodos quantitativos aplicados aos negócios e pôr fim a administração de capital de giro, onde será desenvolvido com base na estruturação e natureza de atividade da empresa Café Pacaembu LTDA. Inicialmente, em Aspectos Jurídicos da Estruturação Empresarial buscou entender qual o passo a passo se deve seguir para a constituição de uma empresa, desta forma, nesta unidade buscou- se demonstrar como abrir uma empresa LTDA, desde o processo de contrato social, que seria seus sócios, suas quotas e local para o devido registro até a liberação do alvará definitivo de funcionamento.pt_BR
