Abstract

This Integrated Project has as main objective to present the company Scaranza, from Poços de Caldas, whose purpose is to carry out an analysis of how the teamwork in a real company and the forms of communication used by people, especially when they are together. The company was chosen because of its prominence in the clothing sales sector. Founded in 2010, Scaranza is a company focused on youth fashion located in the south of the State of Minas Gerais. Through a pioneering vision, Scaranza invested in spread its legacy throughout Brazil and currently has more than 12 franchises.
