Abstract

The work to be carried out aims to make students put into practice what was learned during the course. We will work on the company Itaú Unibanco due to the great performance it has had in recent years, the preference of customers (not including digital banks), for being a large company, very well evaluated, having a vast source of research that will help us in the time to examine the information that will or will not be useful for carrying out the work, among other reasons.
