Abstract

Nowadays, it is necessary to develop techniques and attitudes to direct the team, through assertive communication adapting to leadership styles. for that is need to create solutions to monitor the organizational climate of the company Mocafor. In this project we carried out an analysis of the company, where the criteria of evaluation of the employee's performance and identify the performance evaluation indicators performance, the composition of the leadership structure and the ways in which leaders act in the company. The corporate culture helped us to propose improvements, as well as raise the existing positions and we analyzed the union of the category to validate the payroll calculations payment and labor charges. In addition, the analysis took place, along with data collection and information from the company about the way it deals with its employees, how it is willing to resolve internal problems linked to its groups, teams and how the company performs the mapping of existing positions so that their functions are validated, carried out and carried out within the required standards.
