| dc.description.abstract | The teacher's attitude was not correct, as he did not give the student a chance to speak out, placing compliance with the program above any demand from the students, considering that the test would be administered. He wasn't interested in what was happening, he didn't realize that the students were unaware of the program. He could listen to her, talk to the class and make them reflect on this uncomfortable situation. The teacher must always listen to students and advise them not to offend others, to have empathy, regardless of any type of situation. Compliance with the program became his objective without necessarily worrying about the real and meaningful learning of students. | pt_BR |
| dc.description.resumo | A atitude do professor não foi correta, pois ele não deu chance da aluna se manifestar, colocando acima de qualquer demanda dos discentes o cumprimento do programa, tendo em vista que a prova seria aplicada. Não se interessou no que estava acontecendo, não percebeu que os alunos estavam desatentos com o programa. Ele poderia escutá-la, conversar com a turma e fazê-los refletirem sobre essa situação desconfortável. O professor deve sempre escutar os alunos e aconselharem a não ofender o próximo, ter empatia, independentemente de qualquer tipo de situação. O cumprimento do programa se tornou seu objetivo sem, necessariamente, preocupar-se com a real e significativa aprendizagem dos educandos. | pt_BR |
