Abstract

The teacher's attitude was not correct, as he did not give the student a chance to speak out, placing compliance with the program above any demand from the students, considering that the test would be administered. He wasn't interested in what was happening, he didn't realize that the students were unaware of the program. He could listen to her, talk to the class and make them reflect on this uncomfortable situation. The teacher must always listen to students and advise them not to offend others, to have empathy, regardless of any type of situation. Compliance with the program became his objective without necessarily worrying about the real and meaningful learning of students.
