Abstract
The more a company grows, the greater the concerns related to
people. Inside and outside the company, the number of people increases, as
company growth comes. Outside are the customers and suppliers and inside are the
employees and collaborators.
Starting from the perspective of the inside of the company, the present work relates
some areas of HR (human resources sector) and understand what each area does, as well as
how each of them impacts the lives of employees and the company.
From returning an interview to a career plan within the company
it is part of the employee's life and HR responsibilities. have a salary
compatible with the function performed and a well-defined job description, brings
facilities for the sector and motivates the employee.
The objective of this work is to relate how a job description and a
well-defined salary floor have an impact on the life of the employee and the company. the official
remains motivated (chance for growth) and the company facilitates the process of
recruitment and selection when you know exactly.
