Abstract
Data from Euromonitor international show that the healthy food sector
grew 33% across the country between 2015 and 2020, with this Brazil is the 7th in the
world in the healthy food and beverage market. Furthermore, this industry has reached
mark of R$100.2 billion in 2020 and, by 2025, the sector is expected to grow another 27%.
Consequently, in order to have a good result, it is necessary to have a
logistical planning. For Ballou (2006) “logistics planning seeks to respond to
questions that are constant in the field like: what, when and how. These questions develop
in three levels that are known as levels: strategic, tactical and operational, in which they differ
with each other only by the time horizon of planning, where the strategic is considered long term.
