Abstract
This project aims to carry out the study of the company NATURA COSMÉTICOS S.A.
The project consists of presenting the history and trajectory of the company, from the beginning of its creation to the current situation.
The study units I will focus on will be: Human Behavior in Organizations, Scientific Methodology, Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, Environment, Business and Corporate Responsibility, Communication and Expression, focusing on analyzing the company's ISO 14000 certification process in question.
