Abstract
The objective of this project is to demonstrate how effective the job plan and
salaries in companies, when well prepared seeking the satisfaction of all
employees who work there.
Magazine Luiza S/A is a company that has been in the market for 63 years and has more than
1,199 stores and 17 distribution centers strategically located in 18 states
Brazilians and their business model today is characterized as a digital platform
with physical points.
