Abstract

We try to emphasize the importance of communication between work teams. With ever more complex challenges, the market demands dynamic teams and competent managers. In this project, we will highlight that communication is among the most important and necessary skills for a good relationship, be it personal or professional, since the productivity and results delivered by the work teams can be boosted when investing time and efforts for improvements.
