dc.description.resumoTrata-se de consulta formulada por Lívia Roberta, que após completar seus dezenove anos procurou as autoridades para relatar os abusos cometidos por seu tio Sérgio quando a mesma ainda tinha apenas onze anos de idade. Com o relato feito às autoridades, foi instaurado um inquérito policial para a apuração dos fatos, ocasião em que o delegado de polícia realizou um interrogatório do acusado sem a presença de seu advogado, visto que não obteve solicitação expressa da parte para que houvesse a participação de seu patrono no curso do interrogatório, considerando o desconhecimento do acusado sobre esse seu direito.pt_BR
