Abstract

In order to carry out this project, Grupo Ultra was chosen to show its information on the topics covered, such as the description of the company, human behavior, difficulties and the correct ways of working as a team. Communication and expression in the work environment is of great importance in the relationship between employees, therefore the effectiveness in written and oral communication must be fundamental in the company's day-to-day.
