dc.description.abstractIt is a legal opinion formulated for the consultant Renato, about the events now debated, involving his ex-spouse, the current mayor Adriana, and Nicholas, chief attorney of the city, as well as the actions taken by her during her term. The dispute deals with, the typical conduct practiced by Adriana, against the consultant and the chief prosecutor, because they had a loving relationship, in which, the Mayor had no knowledge. A priori, Adriana, having gained popular support, through the complaints made through her social networks, from the previous management, became known by the municipal population as the “citizen reporter”, her posts contained more reach than the local press.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoTrata-se de parecer jurídico formulado para o consulente Renato, acerca dos acontecimentos ora debatidos, envolvendo sua ex-cônjuge, a atual prefeita Adriana, e Nicholas, procurador chefe da cidade, como também, as ações tomadas por aquela durante seu mandato. A lide versa sobre, a conduta típica praticada por Adriana, contra o consulente e o procurador chefe, pois, detinham uma relação amorosa, na qual, a Prefeita não detinha conhecimento. A priori, Adriana, tendo ganhado o apoio popular, mediante as denúncias feitas através de suas redes sociais, da gestão anterior, ficou conhecida pela população municipal como a “repórter cidadã”, suas postagens continham mais alcance do que a imprensa local.pt_BR
