Abstract
This project was developed with a real company, in order to analyze the
forms of work of Droga Raia branch of Casa Branca -S. P , regarding the policy of
positions and salaries, along with recruitment and selection of personnel and certain other
aspects of personal and behavioral management within the processes mentioned above.
For development, concepts worked on in the disciplines of the
in classes, together with the application of information from sources of studies
external files found on the internet.
We seek to clearly and objectively expose the data collected via research
face-to-face at Droga Raia, contextualizing the practices carried out in the company,
highlighting experiences that we think are correct for our training in relation to
job and salary policy and recruitment and selection. We will also address the point
of good practices of these disciplines, where we can point out improvements in the process
internal about these issues worked and identify the best way to
follow these processes.
