Abstract

There are different ways of communicating within an organization, all with the same objective, which is to transmit a clear and cohesive message to its recipients, share important information and also improve the daily lives of its employees. Effective communication leads to an organizational improvement, reduction in employee turnover, an easier and more agile integration of new employees and also an improvement in productivity.
