dc.description.abstractThe objective of this project is to address information about Grupo Coragem Agronegócios, based on guidelines administered throughout the semester. The aim is to understand through the project what was instructed in the Process Management and Process Management part that allow improvements and changes in the analyzes of the processes carried out within the Company and avoid problems in the projects carried out, having a Strategic Cost Management to obtain profits. , Production Management improving the performance and strategy of the procedure and Integrated Logistics that incorporates the entire system, having a macro view from the original product to the final product.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO objetivo desse projeto é abordar as informações sobre a Empresa Grupo Coragem Agronegócios, tendo como base orientações administradas ao longo do semestre. O intuito é compreender através do projeto o que foi instruído na parte de Gerenciamento de Processos e Gestão de Processos que possibilitam melhorias e mudanças nas análises dos processos realizados dentro da Empresa e evitar problemas nos projetos realizados, tendo uma Gestão Estratégica de Custo para obter lucros, a Administração de Produção melhorando o rendimento e estratégia do procedimento e Logística Integrada que incorpora todo o sistema, tendo uma visão macro do produto original ao produto final.pt_BR
