Abstract
The company chosen for the project seeks to present career plans and
salaries being her, Unilever.
Unilever is looking for qualified candidates or candidates who are looking for a qualification and
growth in the company. Proposals for courses and training are offered to the staff
of employees who can become more and more capable, attending to the
Company aspirations.
The institution launches projects in which it values female empowerment and causes
in favor of nature. Aiming at improving the products that are on sale and still
products for future launches.
The staff is composed of higher and medium level qualifications,
and it also has a staff of outsourced workers and a board of directors, another point was through
