dc.description.abstractThe Integrated Project (PI) aims to simulate the financial impact of terminating an employee by analyzing the payback in their cash flow. In this project we will address the difference between remuneration and salary, it is common to find people who do not know what each one means and how to differentiate them. In this project, we will discuss risk and return, demonstrating that they go hand in hand. It is necessary to know that the larger the investment, the greater the chance of gains.pt_BR
dc.description.resumoO Projeto Integrado (PI) tem por objetivo, realizar uma simulação do impacto financeiro do desligamento de um funcionário por meio da análise do payback em seu fluxo de caixa. Abordaremos neste projeto, a diferença entre remuneração e salário, é comum encontrar pessoas que não sabem o que cada um significa e como diferenciá-las. Trataremos neste projeto, sobre risco e retorno, demonstrando que andam de mãos dadas. É necessário saber que quanto maior o investimento, maior a chance de ganhos.pt_BR
