Abstract
Necessary in the organizational context, communication over the years has stood out because of the ways and strategies in which it can be used.
From the Latin term communicare, which means to share, participate in something, make common; Communication has its roots in making a message common, expressing an idea, feeling or experiences, between a sender and one or more receivers. Through a means or a channel, which can generate an objective or subjective reaction since there is no way to quantify the results.
