dc.description.abstractThis is a consultation formulated by Eduardo on the facts that occurred during his role as Chancellor, as Minister of Foreign Affairs, dealing with the need to display a Letter of Full Powers to represent Brazil in a UN hearing, his authority to hold civil servants accountable involved in a corruption scandal in the ministry during the previous administration, environmental damage caused by a third party on their rural property and, finally, the possibility of receiving a social security benefit of less than the minimum wage.pt_BR
