Here we are going to talk about training and development objectives, where it makes the person have a vision of their reality, the mission and change people's lives, the company through knowledge, because qualified and trained people are fundamental for growth of the company and staff. We will present 7 types of training and development: Mentoring, Gamification, EAD, Face-to-face Training, Seminars and Workshops, CHACAP.
