Abstract

The fragments show how Brazilian students are, who despite reaching the average did not have a good grade in the exams that evaluate Brazilian education, which contradicts the evaluation of parents and students in the socioeconomic questionnaire, they evaluate the quality of teaching as good with a grade average 7. The official assessment is summative/classificatory that focuses only on performance, used to regulate, select and measure. This type of assessment is more focused on the quantity rather than the quality of “learning”.
