Abstract

The objective of this Integrated Project is to carry out an analysis on the Management of Sales of a particular company. Sales Management is a set of actions aimed at commercial evolution, which allows a better view of the business segment and assists in taking decisions. This type of management aims to develop a sales force, coordinate operations and implement sales techniques, allowing the company to achieve or exceed established targets.
