Abstract
The purpose of this integrated project is to seek information and concepts on how to update values by IGP -M - General Market Price Index. The general market price index was created in the late 1940s and since then maps price movement in different sectors. It serves as the basis for tariff adjustments of electricity, health plans, school tuition and especially residential and commercial real estate rentals.
